We want you to wear your Maccabi Tel Aviv colors with pride, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unused and tagged merchandise. Please note that personalized jerseys and used equipment are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, and have all official Maccabi Tel Aviv tags still attached.

  Fill Out Return Form

  Complete the return form included in your original package or download it from our website to specify if you want a refund or exchange.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items and send them back to our official distribution center using a tracked shipping service.

  Process and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 7-10 business days.
